Goals by Vladimir Khvashchinskiy and Vitaly Rodionov gave the Belarusians the victory over the Canadians, who have yet to win a game in four tries in 2013, allowing eight goals in that time and only scoring one.
Belarus opened the scoring just before the half-hour mark, as Rodionov nodded home a free kick in the 29th minute to give the European side the lead.
Khvashchinskiy scored the game's second goal just before the final whitsle, as his headed effort found the back of the Canadian net in the 88th minute. It was Khvashchinskiy's first-career international goal.
Canada leaves Doha after having also lost to Japan by a 2-1 scoreline last week.
