The full-back says he is focused solely on Porto and Brazil for the remainder of the season but will assess his options in the summer
Porto defender Danilo admits he is proud to hear of interest from European champions Real Madrid.
The Brazil international has long been tracked by both Madrid and Barcelona but Carlo Ancelotti's side remain favourites to secure a deal for his services.
While he has stressed his primary focus remains with Porto and the Brazil squad, Danilo cannot help but concede he is flattered by talk.
"I'm living a great moment with Porto," he told reporters. "I'm happy to be associated with great clubs like Real Madrid.
"It's natural that there's speculation with big clubs, but I'm completely focused on the national team and Porto."
Danilo, 23, says he has not yet spoken to compatriot Marcelo about life in the Spanish capital but says he will assess his options properly at the end of the season.
"I haven't spoken to Marcelo about it. When the season finishes, I'll try to figure out what the situation is and I'll know more about my future," he added.
