Tottenham goalkeeper Lloris stretchered off against Leicester

The France international had to be replaced after colliding with Jamie Vardy 90 seconds into Saturday's game at White Hart Lane
Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris has been stretchered off after in the opening minutes of their Premier League clash against Leicester City after a collision with Jamie Vardy.

The France international came racing off his line inside the opening 90 seconds of the encounter at White Hart Lane to deal with a through-ball, only to collide with Foxes forward Vardy.

A stretcher was called for almost imminently, and after some treatment Lloris was removed from the pitch to be replaced by Michel Vorm.

Heading into the home match against Nigel Pearson's side, Lloris had not missed a minute in the Premier League this season but could now be a doubt for France's upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Denmark.
